Our Inclinabel Power Presses are developed for properly cutting, carefully punching & blanking as well as blending tough metal sheets. They are recognized in the market for their durability and reliable performance. The frame of our Inclinabel Power Presses are fabricated using best steel plates having robust & wide rib borders. The clutch of these presses is of round key type that is backed with a single stroke system. The clutch rings of these presses are manufactured using EN 24 steel. The gears of our presses are made up of quality steel cast, further, the cranks of these are of the most acclaimed alloy steel available in the market. CLUTCH : The clutch is Round Key type with single and continuous strokes system. The key and Clutch ring is made of EN 24 steel and its parts tempered. GEARS : Gears are of steel cast or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machine. CRANK SHAFT : Crank soft made of a very special alloy steel it moves very easily in Gun Metal buses. TABLE & RAM : Table and ram made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned to other to obtain high accuracy & precision operation. LUBRICATION : An efficient shot lubrication system has been provided for lubrication the sliding surfaces.
